Crafting cocktails is about creating experiences, memories, and celebrating life's moments in a glass. What better way to do that than by toasting to the holidays with cocktails that capture the essence of each festive occasion? Today, we dive into the realm of seasonal cocktails, exploring unique cocktails perfect for holidays like Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Fourth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Let's raise our glasses to a year of memorable celebrations!

Valentine’s Day: Hibiscus Gimlet

Valentine's Day calls for romance and what better way to show your love than with a unique and beautiful cocktail. The Hibiscus Gimlet combines gin with freshly brewed hibiscus tea, creating a stunning rosy red cocktail that is sure to impress your love. 

In a shaker mix gin, freshly brewed hibiscus tea, lime juice, demerara syrup and ice. Shake well and strain into a glass. Garnish with mint.

St. Patrick's Day: Irish Mule

On St. Patrick's Day, everyone's a little bit Irish! Embrace the spirit of the holiday with an Irish Mule. Swap out the vodka in a traditional Moscow Mule for Irish whiskey, and let the ginger beer and lime juice add a refreshing twist. 

Fourth of July:  The Firecracker

Since 2019, this is our number one selling cocktail at our Farm Distillery and Kitchen. Cucumber, Vodka, Lime and Watermelon juice – this cocktail is like summer in a glass!

In a shaker add two slices of cucumber and lime juice, and muddle. Add ice, cucumber-infused vodka, demerara, and watermelon juice. Shake well. Pour into a mason jar and garnish with a watermelon ball and cucumber slice. You can also rim your glass with a sugar and salt mixture for even more flavor.

Halloween: Pumpkin Spice Martini

Indulge in the enchanting flavors of the season with a pumpkin spice martini. This cocktail combines a delicious pumpkin puree with vodka and spiced syrup to create a spellbinding tribute to the most thrilling night of the year.

In a shaker add ice, vodka, pumpkin spice syrup, half and half, pumpkin puree, and maple

syrup. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Top with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice.

How to Make Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Bring equal parts sugar and water to a boil, remove from heat. While your syrup is cooling, add pumpkin pie extract, vanilla extract, and chopped fresh ginger.

Thanksgiving: Harvest Punch

As you gather with loved ones to give thanks, serve up a Harvest Punch that captures the flavors of the season. Combine bourbon, apple cider, cranberry juice, and a splash of ginger beer for a cocktail that's as comforting as a warm embrace.

Christmas: Spiced Eggnog Martini
