2 oz. Eight Oaks Penna Rye Whiskey
Orange Peel
1 Sugar Cube
Angostura Bitters

Rim the rocks glass with your orange peel and toss in bottom of glass. Muddle orange peel and sugar cube in a splash of water. Add 2-3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters. Add a large ice cube & pour in Penna Rye Whiskey. Stir well & enjoy!

2 oz. Eight Oaks Authentic Applejack
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. House Made Grenadine

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add Applejack, lemon juice, and grenadine- shake well. Strain into a martini glass to enjoy in the traditional 1920s way or enjoy over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon slices or amarena cherries.

House Made Grenadine

Add equal parts boiling water, sugar, and 100% pomegranate juice to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir the mixture well until the sugar has totally dissolved. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook the syrup until it thickens slightly. Let cool completely and store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to a month.

2 oz. Eight Oaks Bourbon Whiskey
2 Spoonfuls of Orange Marmalade
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1/2 oz. Honey
Amarena Cherries

In a shaker, add Bourbon, orange marmalade, bitters, and honey. Fill with ice and shake well (about 10 seconds). Pour ingredients and ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with Amarena cherries.

2 oz. Mint-Infused Eight Oaks Authentic Applejack
Fresh Mint
Green Tea
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Honey (optional)

Fill a glass with ice and pour in mint-infused Applejack, lime juice, and honey. Fill the glass with green tea. Stir to mix well. Garnish with a large mint sprig and lemon or lime.
 

Mint-Infused Eight Oaks Authentic Applejack

Add fresh mint sprigs directly to your Applejack bottle (the amount you add is up to your minty preference). Leave for at least 24 hours and up to 72 hours. Remove mint leaves & keep them on your shelf for future use.

2 oz. Eight Oaks American Gin
1 1/2 oz. Fresh Meyer Lemon Juice
1 1/2 oz. House-Made Honey Sage Syrup*
Fresh Sage

Fill a shaker with ice, 3 sage leaves, fresh Meyer lemon juice, honey-sage simple syrup, and gin. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with sage leaf.

Honey Sage Simple Syrup

Bring equal parts honey and water to a boil and stir until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat and add bunch of sage leaves. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Strain and store in refrigerator in an air tight container for up to 2-3 weeks.

3 oz Eight Oaks Port Rye Whiskey
1 1/2 oz House-Made Blackberry Syrup*
2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Garnish Lemon Wedge and Blackberries

Blackberry Syrup

Bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil and stir in slightly muddled blackberries (can use frozen too). Remove from heat and let sit. Once cooled completely, strain and store in refrigerator in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks.

2 oz. Eight Oaks American Vodka
3 Mint Leaves
1 1/2 oz. House-Made Ginger Syrup*
2 oz. Pear Nectar (Goya® brand is easiest)
Ginger Ale

Muddle 2 mint leaves in the bottom of your glass. Fill with ice and add vodka, ginger syrup, pear nectar, and top with ginger ale. Garnish with mint and pear slices.

House-Made Ginger Syrup

Bring water to boil, add equal parts sugar and stir until dissolved. Turn off heat and add fresh ginger root (sliced) let cool, strain, and store in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

2 oz. Eight Oaks American Vodka
2 oz. Lavender Syrup*

(Water, sugar, dried lavender)
3 oz. Lemonade

In a shaker, add ice, vodka, lavender syrup, and lemonade. (Optional: add 1/2 oz. fresh lemon and 2 mint leaves). Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon slice or fresh mint.

House-Made Lavender Syrup

Bring water to boil. Stir in equal parts sugar. Once sugar is dissolved, add dried lavender. Turn off heat and let sit for at least 20 minutes - the longer it sits the more lavender flavor. Let cool completely, strain, and store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

2 oz Eight Oaks Authentic Applejack
1/2 oz Thyme Simple Syrup
1 Scoop of Pineapple Preserves
2 Dashes of Bitters (we love to use mint or citrus)
Fresh Thyme

Add Eight Oaks Applejack, pineapple preserves, thyme syrup, bitters, and a sprig of thyme in a shaker. Shake well with ice and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with thyme sprig.
