Pinot Bourbon

Bourbon Whiskey finished in Pinot Noir barrels.

Farm-grown grain milled fresh on site is the basis for our Pinot Bourbon. It is then double-distilled, and soaked in American White Oak casks, and finished in French Oak casks previously used to age Pinot Noir wine.

Our Pinot Bourbon includes notes of black cherry, toffee, vanilla, and slight smoke.
