Raised on our farmland in the Lehigh Valley, this small-batch Bourbon Whiskey is smooth and delicious.
Distiller's Notes
Milled, mashed, and distilled onsite, our double-distilled Straight Bourbon Whiskey is barrel aged at 60%ABV/120 Proof in one of our non-temperature regulated barrel barns. Selected 2-year-old barrels are blended and bottled.
TASTING NOTES:
Aromas of freshly ground corn flour, with notes of caramelized smoked wood sugar, toasted vanilla, and a soft finish followed by a subtle bite of a younger whiskey.
