Barrel Aged Rum

Starting with a traditional mash of molasses and water, we double distill our rum and give it a long soak in American White Oak barrels once used for Bourbon.

The barrel yields notes of caramel and smoke, which complement the buttery spirit and make it the perfect sipping rum.
