American Vodka
A crisp, clean vodka. Our American vodka is made from wheat grown on our farm in Pennsylvania.
Distiller's Notes
Our ultra-smooth Vodka starts with a mash bill of grains grown on the farm. It is the only spirit to travel through our 25-foot, 21-plate Vodka Column. To be classified as a Vodka, the ethanol must reach 95% ABV and our column allows us to achieve that on the first distillation run, but we run it through a second time for a super clean and neutral finish.
With strict heads and tails cuts we only capture the cleanest of the hearts. We are certainly not serving it or bottling it at 95%, so we down-proof with New Tripoli Spring Water until it hits its 40% Bottle Strength.
