The Story of Ocho Robles®

It’s that time of year when we release a customer favorite – Ocho Robles®.

Ocho Robles®, Spanish for “Eight Oaks”, is our version of everyone’s favorite agave spirit.

So we decided to do our own expression of Tequila because our crew enjoys a good margarita!

How We Make it at Eight Oaks

We get 100% organic Blue Weber Agave nectar from Jalisco, Mexico.

When it arrives we carefully cook our agave mash, then ferment for 30 days and double distill it into a silky smooth spirit that’s earthy, floral, and spicy.

You can find yours at our Markets and the Farm Distillery & Kitchen starting Saturday, April 24, 2021, just in time for Cinco de Mayo!

So grab a shot glass or a margarita glass, and savor the spirit of agave.
