Cocktail of the Month: Campfire Season

Smoky, Sweet, and Just a Little Bit Wild

As you start to stretch your summer nights a little longer, and cooler breezes hint at the season ahead, it’s time for a cocktail that captures that golden hour magic.

Meet Eight Oaks’ Campfire Season, our August Cocktail of the Month—a bold and nostalgic blend that channels the warmth of a summer bonfire, the comfort of toasted marshmallows, and the spice of a good Pennsylvania rye.

A Toast to the Outdoors

Whether you’re gathered around a fire pit, watching the stars, or just dreaming of your next hike, Campfire Season is here to bring that outdoor energy to your glass.

Built on a foundation of our Straight Rye Whiskey, this cocktail blends rugged spice with soft sweetness. Muddled orange adds a hint of citrus brightness, while marshmallow syrup brings just the right amount of creamy sugar. A few dashes of Greenhouse Bitters add balance, and a torched marshmallow garnish seals the deal.
