Distiller's Notes
With a mash bill of 78% rye, 12% corn, and 10% barley, this whiskey offers a bold and spicy character balanced with subtle notes of sweetness from the corn and a rich malt undertone from the barley. The extended aging brings out a harmonious blend of flavors, delivering a warm, smooth finish that embodies the essence of a true bonded rye.
TASTING NOTES:
On the nose, this whiskey reveals a smoky sweetness with hints of maple syrup. The palate opens up with rich black cherry and honey flavors, complemented by a subtle earthiness. It finishes cleanly, with a lingering rye spice that leaves a warm, lasting impression.
